Mt Biking near Chicago
Here are a few pics of my mt biking trip with 2 buddies. The trails were more extreme than expected, in fact one log jumped out in front of my trusty bike stopping it (not me) dead in its tracks as I continued on over the handle bars. Nothing serious, just some bumps and bruises - it was actually kind of fun! My buddy, much more experienced rider, fell too so i didn't feel so bad.
Yes, next to this concrete jungle there is actually some forests.

Our other nephew
Here is a picture of Kian Antonio Ramos...my brother's baby...He is 4 months and very cute too!
Oprah
Today I went to the Oprah show and it was a lot of fun...The show was about the USA team that just came from the Olympics! I saw all the atheletes and took a picture of Michael Phelps and Nastia... I do not know if I will be on TV but the show is on 9/8. Love you!
